  2. Slm & good day!

I have also advertised my cat bengal at MUDAH. And i received more 10 different # , all of them staying (as what they texted via WhatsApp) in USA, Canada & UK but strangely wanna get a cat from Msia. As in WA their pic/photo profile will appear, by using the photo appeared i then search at tineyes ( a reverse- photo search engine) & i discovered those photos had numerous scams reports and most of them from Africa (due respect to our good friends from the countries/continent). As what u mentioned its very peculiar/suspicious for a cat fancy person never really want to detail about the cat they r interested in. In short they didnt succeed!..

    • Well, sharing is caring. You are right. We have to warn the consumer not only looking for cheap goods. It is very suspicious if you see someone is selling a purebred Bengal for RM500 while the market price isfew times higher than this. Remember not only look for good price, but a responsible breeder.

  9. Thank you for this post for awareness of crooks.
Recently I posted an item in Mudah.my for sale, this email came within minutes after my posting.

“Thank you for getting back to me. Am really satisfied in buying your AD.I’m ready to pay your asking price RM1180 including the PayPal transfer charges,How i wish i could come to inspect this item but currently i’m working away from the country… But the issue is i am an oceanographer and i do have a contract now so am presently on sea.The contract is strictly no call due to the lack of reception on the sea area. But I’m able to access email anytime as we will make use of laptop so my only quickest payment option is PayPal as i can send money via PayPal anytime.Since I’m requesting this transaction to be done via PayPal, i will be responsible for all the paypal charges on this transaction and if you don’t have an account with paypal, its pretty easy, safe and secured to open one. Just log on to http://www.paypal.com. I hope we can make the purchase as fast as possible? I have a mover that will come for it once payment clears and they will take care of very necessary paper for me.I need your PayPal Full name and email address so i can send the money now.
    Many Thanks”

  11. Oh no my! I received this email today, and I replied, and also sent him my Paypal Account. He then sent me a long email, saying he sent extra amount for the transportation cost, and asking me to transfer the excess amount to Western Union (Shipper) as soon as possible. So this is scam right??? What can I do now?

This is what he sent me then:

“as you can see on the receipt sent to you by paypal i added extra 2,900MYR to the payment i made to you it for the shiping company paypal is still holding the money

they want to be sure you send the shipping fee to the shipping company head office before they release the money to your account history
You will have to go to any western union office with cash of RM2,750MYR from your pocket when you get to the western union office tell them you want to send money
using western union money transfer to the address given to you and after you send the money and send the western union details to PayPal for the verification so that
your account can be credited within 1hour ok”

SO, obviously this is a scam right? So currently he said he has “transferred” money to my Paypal account, anything I should/can do now?
